Contract for the equipment of 6 Waste Water Treatment Plant


CMR signed a Contract with the Engineering Company BONNA for the supply of the Instrumentation of 6 new Waste Water Treatment Plant.
 

Object of the contract

The object of this Contract is the supplying and commissioning of an Endress+Hauser Measurement and Analysis Equipment and Spares for the Waste Water Treatment Plant of Haffouz, Oueslatia, Beni Hassen, Chebba, Haouaria, and Metlaoui.

Supplying and Commissioning of a Fluxer for the CIOK


CMR ensured the supplying and commissioning of a CLAISSE Fluxer for the Cement Factory of Oum
El Klil.

 

Usefulness of the Fluxer

Fusion consists in the mixing of an oxidized sample with a lithium broate flux. This mix is heated to around 1000°C. At this temperature, the flux melts and dissolves samples to form a perfectly homogeneous mass. Finally, the molten material is either cast to form a glass disk to be analysed by X-Ray fluorescence (XRF), or poured for a rapid dissolution into an acid to be analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), Atomic Absorption (AA) or any traditional Wet Chemistry method.

Supplying and commissioning of a Stabilizer-Dimmer for the Lighting
of the Sports Hall of EL MIDA
 

After noticing the effeciency of the Stabilizer-Dimmer "ILUEST" of SALICRU to save energy, the Municipality of EL MIDA equiped our Sports Hall of an ILUEST of 30 Kva

Certification of the Stabilizer-Dimmer of Lighting
by the CETIME
 

After an approbation period from 04/04/2005 to 26/04/2005, the Stabilizer-Dimmer of Lighting "ILUEST" of SALICRU was certified by the CETIME.

This test was realised in the laboratory of the CETIME on a Stabilizer-Dimmer, Three-Phases Voltage, 30 Kva, with display, connected to 20 Lamps SHP of 250W.

The energy consumption was measured by an
"Energy Meter" connected to the ILUEST and
to the lamps.

The obtained result's are :
An Energy Saving of 40%

Presentation of the Project:
 

CMR ensured study, supply, installation and commissioning of four SKID package : two at the STEG power station of Rades and two at the STEG power station of Sousse.

  SKID ?
  Physicochemical automat SKID : is intended for the analysis of boiler waters for electricity-producing power station
Usefulness of SKID ?
  The regular monitoring of the quality of boiler waters for steam production is essential.
To guarantee a minimum of checking and preventive and corrective maintenance.
To realize very substantial savings on the level of demineralized water production.
To avoid an attack of copper and iron, because the devastating effects due to corrosion are one of the main causes of an installation forced stop .

In Sousse: 2 SKID, each one includes 8 lines of samplings : temperature exchangers , holder, flow regulator and analyzers intended for the regular control of pH, dissolved O2, Ion Sodium, Conductivity, Silica and Chlorides.
 
In Rades : 2 SKID, each one includes 7 lines of samplings similar to those of Sousse.
The Success Of The Project :
  The 4 SKIDS, are under operation since September 2002, ensuring the monitoring and the protection of these installations.
