Thermoteknix

detection of hot points due to the wear of protection
coating , - the detection of cold surfaces,
- the perfomance of refractories,
- the effect of external environment (ventilators)
on external surfaces,
- fuel change,
- the shape and position of the flame,
- the displacement of the ring position ,
- the process behaviour.
The use of software specifically developed for the
cement factories allow the recording, storage and analysis
of information over very long periods. These tools allow
very significant savings in terms of selections, installations,
storage of refractories, and increase the process performances
in terms of quality, duration and reproducibility.
